Auto Self Cleaning Filter Scrapper

Auto Self Cleaning Filter Scrapper is ideally suited for filtration of highly viscous or pasty materials for removal of solid particles. Depending on the application the motor is run continuously or only during the cleaning operation. Besides removing the solids the Filter ensures uniform mixing of the feed slurry inside the filter as the filter element continuously rotates while the filtration is taking place.

This filter is also known as Paste Filter wherein it is used for filtration of pastes. The filter element used in the filter is Welded Wedge Wire Screen. Uninterrupted filtration action is necessary for the smooth running of production/ packing lines. This filter has been designed in order to avoid the frequent opening of filter body while the batch filtration is going on and to provide an uninterrupted performance. It is also used for Oil applications. As the filter could handle the gravity flow better, it becomes an ideal choice to handle the shear sensitive liquids/pastes as well.
